Specialization Program is an 18-month specialized associate degree program that offers students strong liberal arts curriculum combined with a comprehensive management curriculum.

AC101 & AC201 Principles of Accounting
The accounting equation and basic accounting principles and procedures are presented in this course. The accounting cycle and developing skills in journalizing, posting and preparing financial statements are emphasized. In Principles of Accounting II, students build on theory presented in Accounting I. It includes partnership and corporate accounting, introduction to cost accounting, budgeting and managerial concepts, statement analysis, statement of changes in financial position, and computer accounting applications.
BS261 Principles of Management
This course is designed to explore the overall structure, nature and scope of business as it relates to the functions of management. Communication within an organization, the staffing of organizations, and the development of a managerial style are discussed. Topics include motivation, leadership, and the role of diversity in the labor force.
